Springs Utilities, Inc. is a member-owned
cooperative governed by a nine-member board
of directors elected from and by the membership.
Board members are elected for three-year terms.
The Board of Directors meets at 5 p.m.
on the first and third Tuesday of each
month at the BSU offices at 11900 East
Terry Street. Board meetings are open to
the public. BSU member-customers are invited
to attend annual meetings, held at 7:30
p.m. on the third Tuesday in March.
